A. Griffin Anderson

    Griff Anderson is a graduate of UNC School of Law.  He attended UNC Law as a Chancellor's Scholar, UNC's highest academic scholarship.  Griff  earned an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, graduating cum laude with majors in both Economics and History.  While at Dartmouth, Griff started at fullback as a freshman on the freshman football team and lettered twice as a Varsity football team member.

    From law school, Griff joined the District Attorney's Office as an Assistant D.A.  For just under a year, he was the prosecutor in charge of a large District courtroom, where he prosecuted thousands of Traffic, Misdemeanor, and Driving While Impaired (DWI) cases.  Moving up to Superior Court, Griff prosecuted Felonies, becoming one of two prosecutors on the Drug Prosecution Unit, responsible for prosecuting major felony Drug Trafficking cases.

    During his last two years as an Assistant District Attorney, Griff returned to school at night and on weekends at  the University of North Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW) and earned a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree, graduating with a 4.0 average, and earning an Outstanding Academic Achievement Award.

    Leaving the District Attorney's Office in 2000, Griff entered private practice, and has been representing people and their families since that time.  Anderson & Associates has grown to include offices in Wilmington, Raleigh, and Brunswick County.  From these offices the firm represents people and their families in cases ranging from Traffic, DWI, Misdemeanors, and Felonies to cases of Serious Injury, including Vehicle Collisions of all kinds.

    Griff has appeared in State and Federal Courts in more than ten North Carolina Counties, protecting clients' rights and recovering clients' losses in cases including Federal Bank Robbery, First Degree Murder, and Serious Injury cases resulting from negligent driving.
